Job Summary:

Responsible for managing customer communication, supporting order processing, and ensuring smooth coordination between sales, accounts, and logistics. The role focuses on follow-ups, billing conversion, product communication, and maintaining accurate records to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular tele calling with industry customers for inquiries, order follow-up, billing status, and feedback

• Follow up on customer orders and ensure timely order punching in the system (Bizom/ERP)

• Convert unbilled customers into billed customers by coordinating with sales, accounts, and logistics teams

• Coordinate and follow up on new product development and launches through calls and emails

• Communicate product features, benefits, pricing, and new product information to customers

• Support processing and execution of commercial orders till billing and dispatch

• Assist in stock movement, rotation, and stock clearance activities

• Track sales performance of billed customers

• Monitor slow-moving and fast-moving stock for customers

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, billing status, and documentation in Excel/CRM/Bizom

• Support the sales team with lead information, order status, and customer coordination

• Prepare and share periodic reports on follow-ups, order punching, billing status, and system activities
